June 21st & June 22nd - I watched the girls while Cheri & Seth went to the fitness expo on Friday and while they ran the 1/2 marathon at the Rock-n-Roll Run in Seattle on Saturday. We swam in the pool, walked to the icecream shop, played at the castle park and had lots of fun together.
June 23rd - Taught at Children`s Church.
June 24th - Talked to a friend from the YMCA and made plans to go to lunch with her on Thursday.
June 25th - Made lemonade and shortbread cookies with Caitlyn & Evan.
June 26th - Did nothing for the whole day!! (Well I did blog part of the June List that day but for the most part I stayed in bed and relaxed.) It was AWESOME...I am going to miss vacation.
June 27th - I went to lunch with Peggy, a friend from the YMCA. We went to Applebees in Marysville. The plan was to get a low point meal (veggie burger) but I noticed a new item on the menu: 4 cheese grilled sandwich with tomato soup. It was so worth all of the points...delicious!! I had alot of fun visiting with Peggy.
June 28th - Started a new blog on simple living: www.simplelifeonlomalake.blogspot.com
June 29th - Cleaned & organized the house to get ready for the scrapbook party the next day. I can`t believe how my scrapbook stuff got so disorganized again...didn`t I just organize that desk?
June 30th - I had a scrapbook party at my house. It`s so much fun to get together to chit chat, create new scrapbook pages and record all of our great memories with friends & family. We had a yummy salad potluck for lunch. All the ladies brought some delicious dishes. This was a great way to celebrate the last day of June...to be with the ones that I love. Did you notice that Cheri has only one bag and a paper cutter? WOW!!
I wasn`t able to do all the things that was on my June List but I sure had alot of fun in the month of June. God blessed me with a wonderful vacation and I had a great time spending it with family & friends.
